Our event planning and design team transformed the Collingswood Grand Ballroom for Anna’s Bat Mitzvah this past fall and we couldn’t wait to share all of the details with you. The lovely, Jackie Bayne of Love Shack Photo was there to capture the whole day for us!

Anna’s day was full of surprises and we can’t thank all of our vendors enough for helping us make this day truly magical. 2 Life Talent provided incredible entertainment throughout the evening and Shipley Enterprises helped us completely reinvent the space with their fabulous draping.

Our favorite part of the ‘Mitzvah was Gunnar Montana’s specially choreographed performance that was a nod to Anna’s love for the Blue Man Group. Take a peek at some of the highlights from the day!

This is an entirely improper way to express my appreciation (more appropriate way to follow), but I do it nonetheless. I have heard nothing but Wow’s and Amazing’s and expressions of a similar nature since Saturday evening. Anna was so unbelievably happy the entire night, and came back down to earth yesterday only because her mother made her do her homework. It was truly spectacular, from start to finish. Thank you for everything!!

My very best regards,

Jami—Mother

Melissa, Jess, Amanda (and the rest of your team),
Just a quick note to thank you all for everything you did this weekend – it was a terrific success and we heard many, many compliments from our guests and relatives about the design and décor – the colors, the linens and overlays, the graphics, the layout, the flowers, everything.  We know how much work went into making it all come together, and believe us, it was appreciated.  And a number of people told us in different ways that the whole thing was really like US – we know that beyond making it look great, making it look great and fitting us is a higher order challenge, which you all achieved. Attached is a photo we took yesterday – one more great touch that really made the whole thing special!

Thanks again,
Jonathan and Abigail

This party came to use very last minute. We swooped in to help pull together the vision of the client and the caterer, Peachtree & Ward. I used the invitation as our quick inspiration. The envelope liner pattern and monogram were repeated in light patterns throughout the party. The client had a picture of hanging fringe that she just loved –so we made that happen in 2 different areas, adding a really cool vibe. We added some shimmer linens, minimal floral accents, furniture and pillows for a smart, modern look. The kids area was filled with rugs and bean bag chairs and one bean bag was Chloe’s sign in!

A Dylan’s Candy Bat Mitzvah that was AMAZING!!!

We were so thrilled to be helping this family with this incredibly special event. It was a Bat Mitzvah held at the Cira Center. Garces Group was the caterer. We were asked to create a party based on Dylan’s Candy Bar and use the ROYGBV colors as inspiration. And we did just that! Everything throughout the party was red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple – in that order! It was an incredibly fun challenge and we detailed every piece of the puzzle possible; linens, chair cushions, candy bar, candles, sign in board and pens, escort lollies, the menus, cocktail napkin, the bathroom basket… we did not miss a thing. We created a special chair for honoree as a keep sake and also made her a rock candy ring to compliment her stunning dress. I dressed my staff in red, orange, yellow, green , blue and purple shirts!
